You should remove your email or someone pretending to be Nathan or Jo will email you with a fake but believable email asking for payment, but you'll never see a knife.

Best way to get one other than preorder is to be ready to be lightning fast on Fridays if Nathan drops something. Most of my CPKs have been gotten from people reselling. Did I pay too much probably. Heck I paid too much for my truck but that was what I wanted. If you are patient you will get something. My advice is to place what you want in the WTB forum and set Carothers for sale thread to alert you anytime something is posted. But be prepared to act fast. Hope this helps. I'm still learning.

Also if you two could edit your quotes to remove his email from your quote that would help ;)

I string the scammers along until I get their account info, then report it to the fraud department of the bank/app. Try to get multiple accounts by saying the first one isn't working. They will ask for your details first but you can find sites on Google that will generate a fake name and home address for you.

Everybody that quotes his post perpetuates his email exposure. If you want to do him a favor, delete or obscure his email before you post a quote with his email in it. Once he's quoted he has no way to control his email exposure in the quoted messages.. If he chooses not to take the advice to delete his email, that's on him.

No dog in the fight, and not trying to offend anybody, take it as you wish.

Hey Nick,
I appreciate your interest in our work.

It looks like you were outside of the cutoff on that sale but we're having another sale this Friday. The sales are starting to slow down, so hopefully soon the Friday sales will be less frantic and frustrating. I apologize for the inconvenience.

It does come and go but the last sale was pretty slow. Anybody could have gotten into it. It took over a minute I think. No "keyboard ninja skills" needed to get what you want.

I know the people get frustrated sometimes. We're doing the best we can. But, when the sales slow down, anybody can get what anybody wants and that really is my goal.

That's exactly what I said too ^ , and I had replaced part of his email with xxxxxxx in my quote, so I never perpetuated anything... 😇

Nathan thanks for the service you provide. I know at times I may have seemed frustrated but mostly just having fun. Most items you can get if you are willing to pay a little more. Keep doing what you are doing and we will most likely keep buying so there will be no stock. First world problems I guess.

We're on the fence with that. Probably 50/50. My suggestion would be to wait, we're doing another run of BFK, there won't be a shortage.
