Love it! Best action I’ve ever felt. I’m going to give it a few days but I will be selling some F95s and neons. The exact size Shiro was missing Impressive amount of milling for a production Shiro, very well thought out and executed.

Agree the size is amazing! Sold my f95 and neon a few years back for size reasons and this is a total Goldilocks.

Mine has a slightly stiff detent but still is great!
 
I get a lot of joy out of taking things apart and seeing the craftsmanship inside… Shiro does such a nice job milling the inside! The liner lock is really cool! Went back together perfectly!

Thanks for the views inside and out of the Stellar! The lock setup on these looks pretty interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing how these feel in the hand, I’m not sure it can kick any F95’s out of my collection but the Neon didn’t feel right to me so the Stellar should be a good “smaller” Shiro option. We’ll find out tomorrow!

I've had a neon and an F95 and in hand, the stellar is closer to the F95, but not as big, but still easily a full size knife. The height of the handle is probably what surprised me the most - it's definitely full sized feeling, but in a not too large way lol

rileybassman1 rileybassman1 ahhhh ok, I thought the Sebenza you had posted was a small not the large so now I can really see the size comparison, I appreciate the extra pics. My excitement is growing, the mail carrier is going to wonder why I’m waiting in the rain for her tomorrow lol.

Great pic! I’d say the only negative on the stellar so far is the height and shape of handle. Feels great in any pinch grip but a little awkward in the full grip with my size large hands. Wish the handle was more neutral and didn’t taper so much at the rear

I'm sorta in agreement I think. Still really like it and think it's great, but it's just a hair tall feeling under the ring and middle finger in a saber grip. I feel the taper you refer to... I think for me that makes it feel locked in and it doesn't bug me - but I could see that. Slightly stiffer detent then I prefer, but it's starting to break in.

Still a great knife and for me, it's a 8.5 or9/10 right now. Crazy thin behind the edge!

Yea keeper for me too. Isn’t going to replace my Hati but I think it will my neon. Totally agree, edge geometry is incredible!
 
Lots of positives to say about the Stellar! Much more solid feeling than the Neons while having a smaller profile than the F95, the detent as mentioned before is very crisp and there’s lots of detailed milling to look at. I really like the lockbar on these, it doesn’t have the light-spring feel like some of the F3’s I’ve had, it feels closer to a frame lock to me.

The one negative I have to pick out is that they didn’t continue the spine jimping another 1/2 inch! The 4 lines they cut in sit down in the recess of the frame, they’re pretty much useless….but it matches the 4 line jimping on the flipper tab so I guess that’s nice lol.
