I'm jealous of those M390 versions.
FWIW,TRfromMT 's Turtle is Vanax37 which is also a great steel. I have that in my F95R and M390 in my Turtle and two others. On the other hand, I have two Shiros in S30V, aleforme--F3 Python and NeOn UL--and while you may covet M390, you should know that I'm extremely pleased with my S30 blades which take great edges easily and seem to hold them quite well. Shiro does an excellent job with all their steels.
