The Beer Scout Knife

I am in the same boat. Found out too late about them. I called GEC and they said next Summer or Fall will be the next batch. There are a few that come up on the exchange periodically so keep your eye on that.

Ron, I sent you an email about a micarta soda scout. Check your spam folder.

I completely dig this one! I only found out recently about the beer scout knives - I guess I am too late to the game to get one with that awesome saw cut bone. Man I would love to get one! Will there be some more made in the future?

I was in the same place a couple months ago. Discovered these after they were already sold out everywhere, but managed to get ahold of a couple through the exchange here. Occasionally they can be found on the big auction site, but they usually go for too much there.

That Chestnut Sawcut Bone was the one I was most excited to get my hands on. Still very grateful to KBA for making that possible!

I am lusting after this pattern due to my urges to pry things and lift caps. I don't own one but hope to find one soon.

I love these knives, I got my hands on a new chestnut saw cut bone, but I'm really looking for the sunbrite acrylic. Anyone looking to trade or sell theirs?

I'm liking the possibilities, here.

I had no idea the P-7 clips were so small, ie, even More Better than I'd hoped. :)

This thread is what brought me to BladeForums, so thought this would be a good spot for my first post now that I have an account. I'm not normally the type to buy multiple versions of the same knife, but this pattern knocked my socks off. Here's what I have:

Welcome to the porch Mike! I hope you enjoy your time here. You've got a great collection of beer scout knives--they're a great pattern, aren't they? They're just like peanuts or potato chips--hard to stop at just one.

Hard to improve on a beer scout knife, but I think you just did! Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I'm curious how these cool clips will look..

I like the Ebony handles on my Radio Jack a lot, so I got a similar Beer Scout last year.
