The Beer Scout Knife

IMG_2296.jpg

Finally getting around to posting mine. I want to take this opportunity to thank Bill Howard and Christine for a great factory visit last week. I try to get to GEC every year and it's always a high point of my summer. This time around, Mr. Howard let me have my pic of the coco beer scouts. I raise my glass to him. After all his years in the knife business, he still has so much passion, excitement, and enthusiasm for what he does. A class act all around. Cheers!

That's great SubSpace, you picked a fine specimen! I love the beer glass as well.

Received my ebony today as well. Up to five now...

Six pack of knives to go with a six pack of my favorite root beer! Another remarkable production by GEC... these are FUNtastic knives!

I'll just drop this here...

Bowtiers unite! That's a fine replacement for the loss of the BFC Forum knife. Actually, makes me kind of happy the events played out the way they did. Now we have two beautifully crafted, wood furnished knives, with opposing shields. That's a win-win if you ask me! :D

The bowtie shield is a good match for this knife.

Mr. Jake, I'm all for friendly banter..... but why must you keep teasing me with your astounding cutlery?! ;)

I feel the only way you can make it up to me is by posting more photos! :D

That shield is top on that wood Barry!

I still maintain that the Forum Knife would've been stellar with that shield:thumbup: It bombed instead:D:D

Yea me too. I managed to resist the ebony and tortoise and red sawcut but this one I couldn't pass up! Now, what to sell... Haha
