  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

The Beer Scout Knife

I'm not quite ready to start taking abrasives to my pretty new knife........ Not yet. ;)

I'm curious,

How does everyone who has bought one of these like to carry them? I decided to get a Micarta version because I really dig the micarta and I always found the flat head screwdriver the most most used tool on a SAK.

I took the bail off my Bloodwood. What kind and size of lanyard material wil fit through the lanyard hole? Thanks, Lloyd

I love all of mine but the micarta is the one getting the most pocket time yet. Lots of weekend duty being carried in a little Case horizontal belt sheath.

BMC, I just carry mine in the RFP or if wearing jeans in the coin/watch pocket.

My Beer Scout hangs on an 18" paracord lanyard (snake knot). The lanyard runs through a belt loop up front, and hangs into my back pocket, next to my wallet. I can make most cuts without ever having to remove the knife from the lanyard.
