For those that did not get one, and do not want to wait for the excess ones to come out for sale, they are appearing on the exchange for sale now, for around $160. I have no clue if the price is good or not.

Yes, I'm hoping I catch that thread early for the sale of the leftovers. I would have qualified at the time. I had a few month hiatus from BF though. Life, kids, etc..

LOL! I found it in a thesaurus today. Thought I'd give the more sedulous of us something to consider. Hope it wasn't too pedantic of me. Truth is if someone uses it tomorrow I'll likely have to look up it's definition again.
BTW anyone know if there is a prize for being the last to receive the 2022 forum knife ...cuz I'm in the running.

You might be on to something!?! I was hoping to have the 2022 BF knife In hand before 2023, but that may be a bridge too far at this point.

At the end of the day (or year), I am thankful we got the 2022 BF knife considering how off the rails the 2021 BF knife order/purchase process got. With that fiasco fresh in memory I’ll withhold any bellyaching about receiving the 2022 BF knife a year late.

Great picture of the ones that have made it to their new homes! Keep the pictures coming for those of us who are living vicariously.

The Dugong reference is to do with flippers.
So if the original cost was $115 usd inc postage...which I believe was stated early on..then seeing one for sale on ebuy for $160usd..even before some have not received theirs....is flipping ...the serial number should nail it down to one person and get them banished from any future forum knives....At least thats the way I read it...sorry for the Dugong based confusion.
