#284 - Actually came one day after I left out of state to visit our youngest daughter & family last week. Neighbor toke good care of the package till we returned. I love this pattern, and pleased they went with Ebony. Makes a great worry stone too.

Ok. I've been patiently waiting. Poking a little fun at it, but not in a big hurry and cognizant of what a big job it is and it being done by volunteers. However, I just got an email from a NON-SUPPORTING DEALER selling these. Color me pissed off. A NON-SUPPORTING DEALER is selling them and paying members haven't even received a tracking number? This is just bullshit.

I got this e-mail also, they said the knives were non-serialed store models
Of course they are sold out already :rolleyes:

I received the same email and I'm not happy either! I still don't have my knife in hand...
 
From the other store models this dealer has sold, I'm guessing it's due to a relationship between the dealer and GEC, and probably nothing to do with BF.
 
The email I got said that numbers are limited and future sales will move over from the store to eBay...

Store model Bunny Knife!




Only a few of these un-serial numbered knives produced; all are marked with an "S" on the tang. They are NOT SECONDS but STORE MODELS.




In the future I will not be sending emails out. I am moving sales over to eBay due to low production numbers.

The knife in the picture emailed out clearly says "Blade Forums" on it...
 
I also received a email about the bunny knives for sale. Maybe I'm out of line here but I ordered on October 13th, no email no tracking. Now it's 2023 and people bought a bunny knife and will get them before the guys who payed 2 months ago. Thankfully this will be my last gec knife for a while. I'm done with the rabbit hole knives, fear of missing out . Calling a knife dealer as soon as a production schedule update like a drug addict calls a dealer. I truly enjoy pocket knives but this has gotten crazy.

Don’t let it get under your skin. Life’s too short to worry about things we can’t control. When our Rabbit Knives come is one of those things. I think we can trust the good folks sending these out, don’t you?

I’m happy with the six GECs that I have. That should become seven one of these days. And of those, three will be Blade Forum knives. From what I’ve seen and heard, this has to be the easiest way to get a new GEC once in a while.
