According to my research Yes. Black and so black even the white bits are black....there might some mutant mottley looking ones ...Im hoping for one of those.

Probably premature, but it looks like two nickle silver and two brass pins in the picture. An all nickle and steel parts with ebony handles would look classy.

I hope the covers stay flat like that. Initially, after seeing the drawing, I had imagined a little more curve to the body and rounded covers, thinking the knife may end up a little too fancy looking for my taste. The way it looks at this stage is in my opinion, just right. Looks like a simple and tastefully done working knife, not too fancy at all.

Exactly. If I had a choice, I would choose that one.
However, I’m looking forward to any of them at random, and just excited that the BF knife happened!
It’s gonna be a great knife!
