i just wanted a definition of the two 'Categories' (''Club knives and SFOs are different categories.'')Where does it say they don't make SFOs?
If it’s anything like the gun market (and I rather suspect it is, lots of overlap and a lot of the same market factors at play) I’d say the first few “jumbo” releases would still sell fast due to hoarding. “I can’t believe they’re still in stock, I got one, I better get a second. These will sell out so fast…” As customers got used to the fact that there were plenty to go around, it might slow down. As for the magic number I haven’t a clue personally. 2000? Roughly double the large releases of 2021.I wonder just how many of a popular pattern GEC would have to make in order for it to take more than a few days to sell out. Say something like the recent #59 whittler or a #68 stockman?
Ok, NOW I’m getting excited!!
The new Colt Pythons are a great example of this.If it’s anything like the gun market (and I rather suspect it is, lots of overlap and a lot of the same market factors at play) I’d say the first few “jumbo” releases would still sell fast due to hoarding. “I can’t believe they’re still in stock, I got one, I better get a second. I bet 1500+, or even more.I wonder just how many of a popular pattern GEC would have to make in order for it to take more than a few days to sell out. Say something like the recent #59 whittler or a #68 stockman?
Wait! Where is the individual number?
Other side of the bolster maybe?I bet 1500+, or even more.

How big was last year's Remington run? 5k? That seemed to be the number @a buck eighty a piece.I bet 1500+, or even more.
Might be, but it was always on a mark side, eh.Other side of the bolster maybe?

I thought of the Remington knife, but there were a couple factors that made it unique. A) it’s a two blade trapper, so a pattern that might have more niche appeal than other styles (single blade, large and small blade). B) It says Remington, not GEC, so a lot of more casual enthusiasts might have either missed the memo or just decided to pass for that reason. C) they priced at a much higher MSRP. So, 2600 worked to keep the supply chain “normal” with those factors. Would it be enough for a 73 single blade, 47, etc?How big was last year's Remington run? 5k? I’d like to know the rationale behind the font etch. Is it the same font as BF? BUNNY KNIFE
There has got to be a reason they went with something so basic, right? How cool would it be if it was the BF script font.
