High on my big bore list is the new Marlin 1895 GBL in 45-70.

That is one cool freakin' boom stick, Liam. One would most definitely need to have a matching Bowie to pair with it........and a hat, you would have to carefully select the proper hat.

Daniel, check out this sweet vintage Gerber c300b. I haven't been able to find what kind of tool steel Gerber used yet. All I could find so far is that it is a high speed tool steel that Gerber hard chromed. Specs say it is 60-62 hrc. Al Mar designed the 300 series back when he worked for Gerber. The size and weight of this thing is sweet. I am half tempted to grind the chrome off and let it patina.........but I won't .

A marlin lever action would be sweet, I would have to have it in a proper pistol caliber though, something to match one of my wheel guns. Not a fan of the Winchester though, I don't like top eject. But, a great little bolt gun is the savage 340 in .30-30. Hell, even a lever action in .30-30 is a nice shooting gun!

I started with a 4' bar of S7 this morning and now have 12 sole authorship Keychain Tools ready for heat treat tomorrow! I made this design because I felt I needed one and I think you guys are going to love it!

I got in too late for good pics but will get some tomorrow morning. They have my Nakago tang shape and are straight to a pry/scraper/screwdriver tip. I used 1/8" stock so they are substantial yet lightweight especially with the fuller I milled in.
