Hey guys! We're supposed to get a bit of snow too... hopefully so as Sunday is the last day on the mountain for boarding.

If any of you regulars are interested in the friction folder I posted just let me know and I'll give you a deal...

I'm about to head out to the shop! I'm building a small router table this morning...
 
if i didn't have my god daughters baptism this week, I would have picked up that FF. Trying to start her college fund already cause not sure if my best friend realizes cost of education nowadays haha.
 
Morning y'all!

Gonna go fishing for a little bit this morning before the contractors get to the house to fix my ceiling and roof, otherwise I'd be all over that frikky!

Got a new spotting scope for shooting yesterday, cool thing is it has a cell phone adapter so I can digiscope with it! I'm stoked about it, been borrowing my dad's for all my rifle matches this last year, but he's normally my spotter anyways. It's also a good field scope too, Konuspot 80 is what I got.

Just got home from fishing, it's super windy and rained yesterday so the fishing was very tough. Caught a few little bluegill, but as I was thinking about heading home my bobber just disappeared under, I set the hook and my rod immediately doubled over! I'm using ultralight gear with 6# test line, #12 hook and 5# leader, I open the drag a little bit as this is a big fish! I fought it for about 10-15 minutes before I could see what it was, a 20" channel catfish!!! :eek: I managed to land it, but didn't bring it up as I didn't have anything to really handle catfish, so I just snipped the hook off right at the bank. It was a real test of my vintage ultralight gear landing that thing! Was great fun though! Sadly, my phone was in the truck so no pics.

It's turning out to be a great day!

Xander that's cool! Nice bringing that in on such a light setup too!

My Dad found a 22# yellow cat in the ditch one time when it was raining a lot... it was huge! We had a pond with various catfish back home and they were a lot of fun to catch.. but we also mostly fished for bluegill and bass.

I've got to get a license...

TR... I have more tooling/belts coming in this week to finish the run of ten so look out! I'll make sure you guys get one... $25O shipped for the Nakago in stonewashed configuration

Work... good stuff Rolf!

We went to the mountain yesterday for the last day of boarding... only got a couple of runs in but it was a blast!

I ordered more tooling/extra belts last Monday for the Nakago run... should be coming in over the first part of this week... today I'm working on Backpackers and the Mega!
 
Hey all.

Got some shop time last night, making handles for a blade, and will really spend some quality sandpaper time over the next several days because Mrs. fromMT is gonna be out of town with my daughter. Progress pictures over on my IG page (@inrangedesign) if anyone is interested....

woo barely awake still at 10am lol, brought my dad to the warriors vs rockets game last night. First game for him and boy were we lucky. I asked for a cup holder which wasn't fixed for over a month and just emailed my rep about it. He texts me with an apology and said he would upgrade my dad n me.

We ended up on courtside club literally 4 rows from the floor. Saw the owner of the Warriors and all the minority owners sitting around me haha. So many millionaires staring at us when we sat in the seats. My dad had a hoot watching the game that close. Also, we got home passed him bed time but it was a successful father/son night out.

Slow here at work and pretty hot running an experiment with no airflow in the warehouse. Any new pics D?
