When I went to make lunch today, everything seemed to be down to 1 each.. I ended up making a quesadilla using 1 8" flour tortilla, 1 6" corn tortilla, 1 slice each of pepper jack cheese, provolone, American and sharp cheddar, 1/2 inch chunk of a jalapeno chopped up, some onion powder (no onion in the pantry), chili powder, black pepper and a slice of turkey ham. Dipped it in homemade picante sauce. Wasn't bad. Needed more onion and maybe some bell peppers too.

I was just wondering. I am always checking on words and what they mean after talking to a friend that is a tenured english professor at Northwestern. She says words when I'm practicing interpreting to make me just stop and look at her. It's a game to her. It's actually REALLY helped out with my interpreting.

CB - I'm sure this was answered in some old thread somewhere, but what are you an interpreter for? ASL or something else like languages at the local ER when tourists get hurt or what?

Yup, asl. I actually do a lot of ER and surgical interpreting.
