Hey Man, if you like this GSO-5 it's yours. Orange G10, bolted right? I'll have more photos added next week or so, of knives some of you reserved.

Just wanted to confirm that I had a reservation in for a GSO 5 with orange (Though I would be quite happy with black as well) G10 bolted on handle. Did I make it in, or am I too late?

Here is another finished knife. This one is for blade forum member donstarr67. Hope you like it man. I can't wait to get it into your hands! Each of these first knives will have "prototype" etched into the non presentation side of the blade. For you people who collect, it will be a way of knowing you got one of my very first blades. For those who just want to go use the knife, that etch is very topical and will buff off pretty easily.

Ok, the first run is going to be kind of be a mixed bag of handle colors/materials. I have all of the handles machined now so I can't take any more custom set up options for certain. If you already requested something specific you are most likely taken care of and I'll have photos of your particular knife in a week or so. In the mean time, here are a few more teaser photos. These knives all went to Edgeworks Knife and Supply Co, located in Frederick MD. Notice the one GSO-4 model with corbys. I'll have some more GSO-4's and GSO-5's set up like that available for sale. I'm really loving the way those are turning out. Merry Christmas Everyone!

Guy,

Those pics are awesome!! Thanks for sharing. This just made the waiting process much more stressful...:D

Hahaha! Thanks man. I'm very, very happy with how these turned out. They are just enough "show" for a user knife and they are all "go". Sharp as hell and begging to cut something.

Hi Guy, thanks for taking the time to post the pics they look great. Actually, that knife is not for me but for my daughter who somehow shares the love for camping and outdoor activities as I do. That will be my Christmas gift for her, i'm sure she'll put it to good use.

Very cool. I remember when you were first posting up proto sketches for feedback. Glad to see these beauties come around! I would love perhaps in the future to see a Full Flat Ground Version or even Sabre Ground. Convex isnt really my thing. But they are awesome looking knives!

Well then, these photos might interest you. lol You might notice a GSO-5 done up with black micarta...That entire batch of knives is headed to Kiah for sheaths.

I have so much that needs to be done today, but it all can wait since I'm glued to this thread awaiting new pics....:D

Thanks Guy.

Guy,

Those all look AWESOME!! Good Googly Moogly, that black micarta is beyond sweeeeeet! Thanks so much for sharing the photos

So you said you wanted to reserve a GSO-5 with black micarta. Is that one good enough for you?

I'm liking the way those are turning out the best too. No taking off the handles but then again that can be viewed as a good thing also. No handle shifting and the corbys won't pop over time like pins sometimes do. I'm doing more that way then I had orginally planned.
The corbys are the way to go for me. I'm saving up for one of the 4s.
