The kinda unspecified CRK talk thread.

Haha, I would prefer it in MagnaCut, but otherwise that Inkosi is a keeper. My current goal is to turn the Lg CF into one with an Insingo blade. As you can see I'm kind of fond of that blade style. I'll have to admit to paying more attention to 25's that pop up on the exchange.
Mustacheben Mustacheben just made a great pickup of a MINT Micarta 25. It almost killed me to let it go but i collect PJs.

I never did bond with the small micarta 21 I had. In retrospect I probably should have given it a bit longer, but I definitely prefer the lack of show side hole in the 31.

No worries bro! My bank account and I are just starting to recover from the virus Kettleman Kettleman infected me with on a recent purchase. That exact knife is on my list though.

It looks like a show quality piece! I will need to force it into my pocket so it doesent get stashed away.

I woke up yesterday and realized I have 3 on the way this week…. I may need to take a break from this place for a while hahaha

You've done a fine job with the edge. You said elsewhere that you wear them out in three to five years, but that one's in great shape. And freehand, too, right?
Thank you, it is freehand. I'm beginning to think this one is going to go a bit longer than knives in the past. I always struggled with sharpening PM steels before, but I've learned so much from everyone here that I've been able to step my game up a few notches. When I got my first knife in s30v I wasn't as well equipped as i am now.

I do wish the scratches on the blade showed up a bit better... Despite looking free of them in pictures it does show it's use in person.

Here here for Damascus. I recently found this one in the back of the drawer.
