To be fair, I'll be down to 2 probably soon. My brother might get my spare, problem is I don't know if to let him have the stock handles and a few back up ones or micarta it for him with my set of back up handles...
 
I think it comes down to how much do you love him? :p

I had saved up some money over the last couple of weeks and ordered another BK9.

The thought process behind my reasoning for needing two....

1. Some BK models have been discontinued. I want to make sure I can help keep sales up and keep the 9 alive for years to come.

2. I haven’t put the one I already have to hard work yet. The Knife Nut in me deems in necessary to keep a “back up” in case my first one breaks. As if it will actually break....lol.

3. This model is a winner and checks many boxes for my taste. Ergos, size/weight, high grind, no finger choil, quick in hand, and value.

4. I keep having a reoccurring dream that I’m in a desolate wasteland in the future and I have a 9 strapped to each leg. Tree- Zombies beware!
 
Well.......I have my (First) one on order.....should be here on Tuesday.

Lol..... Pretty sure I'm modding it before I even swing it.

I maliciously stripped my BK-5, on the first touch....

I'm sure This won't be any different!
 
I'm thinking I want the choil too, maybe after a few days of trying it out....ha
