- small knife, but got confiscated by a jerk cop as a weapon ( a 5 inch fixed blade a lethal weapon???) and got me my first night in jail and 1 year probation. It was an anniversary gift from my wife, and she worked hard to get it back from the cops. So I'll never depart with it.

Ahh, that first trip to jail... I wish I could say I fondly remember mine. When I said wish, I was being sarcastic. I wish my old lady coulda taken a cell phone picture of me in my jumpsuit during a visitation.

Knife collections are interesting.. They can almost be thought of like insurance because you acquire them, and could sell them if money was necessary, but really hope never to have to. Unlike insurance however they bring joy for the duration of ownership!

I have several balisongs that I would really hope never to part with: a one of a kind Pabu custom, a Dobruski custom that is my EDC, and a mint condition Microtech Tachyon.
