they've been showing some great knives...agreed. standard ones are great to me also. they still cut and still look good.Day 15 with the Talos. With the amazing knives that you guys are posting, I kinda feel like I’m showing up at a black tie gala, wearing my usual jeans and boots. In all seriousness, I’m really enjoying seeing all of your incredible collections.View attachment 3000399

That 3V/XHP blade gets me every time. One of my favorite materials Chad has made!Rockeye week continues with a piece built for Blade Show 2017.
It’s rocking a rare 3V / CTS-XHP Damascus blade with an aggressive swedge. The handle is milled and blasted titanium with a matching milled Mokume inlay that really ties it together. Heat-anodized standoffs and a milled Ti clip with hidden screws round it out.
Classic Les mix of utility and art. Overbuilt, but still elegant in the details.

This fullered MK3 from BladeShow ‘23 is a perennial favorite in my collection. I foolishly passed on these when they first dropped on Les’s site and proceeded to spend over a year trying to track one down. If it were not forNecroanax and another good knife buddy I’d likely still be looking for one!
The blades on these OGs are a much higher polish than other damascus MK3s and there is something extra special about them mechanically. I have one that most would consider “smoother”, but this one is just, well, perfect

Yea, I moved mine as wellAgreed, those early fullered MK3s were the smoothest! Wish I still had mine.
Just out here getting more boilers up and running for the season and rocking some of my faves! View attachment 3000902View attachment 3000903

Life’s too short to only carry one knife B!
