Wilson Wednesday for Day 29 🤘

This is Moku-Ti Harpy Deluxe #5 made for the Wilson Combat Custom Makers Alliance in 2018.

As the name suggests, it is a full Moku-Ti build w/ a geared lightning strike carbon fiber backspacer, and a boomerang damascus blade.

Of all the incredible knives Les made for WC over the years, this is my favorite. I adore this knife and am eternally grateful to the legend that trusted me to take on its stewardship.

I'll join Smythes_Knives Smythes_Knives for the final Wilson Combat Wednesday of this year's Lestober adventure.

This is a Valmara created in 2015 for the vaunted Wilson Combat Tactical Alliance series. It was #9 of a 10 unit run.

Features include:
  • Mokume inlay by Chad Nichols
  • Orange peel finish titanium scales and matching clip
  • Stainless Chad Nichols Damascus blade with hand-rubbed flats
Valmaras are especially hard to come by since so many seem to have ended up overseas. I was thrilled to have found this one last year and vow to keep it stateside. 🇺🇸

Jbmonkey, I am not trying to say that Demkos don’t sell out fast. All I know is that after I received in stock notification, the smooth pattern was still in stock after like 30 min . Probably they have more in the stock now, compared to one year ago when they were doing the drops.

its all a relative deal. to me it was pretty fast. to you it wasn't. doesnt mean im right and you're wrong or vice versa.

compared to one of those drops that flies out in like seconds....its not fast, but compared to a botm that sits for few days, its pretty fast.
