How quickly that collection has grown! Lol. Where did you find the morph mk3?
Went from 0 to 3 this year so far!How quickly that collection has grown! Lol. Where did you find the morph mk3?
That’s right, forgot about the dlt drop.Went from 0 to 3 this year so far!
The VECP and Morph Mk3 were DLT releases, and the tan frag MK3 was obviously Monkey Edge. The action on all of these is unbelievable, but the MK3s are just wildly amazing knives.
I recognize that one ;-) Glad to see you're still enjoying it man!!It's a MK3 Monday! By far the smoothest action of all the knives in my collection, and that includes numerous bearing actions! If you didn't know better, you'd swear the pivot was loose, it just glides!

Sucks getting old! That’s right, forgot about the dlt drop.
It's a never sell for me, and sets a bar for smoothness that nothing else has come close to.I recognize that one ;-) Glad to see you're still enjoying it man!!
My two MK3s have better action than any other folding knives I've ever owned. The only things that have come close were Koenigs and a Medford-made Mongrel (for Vehement Knives). It's a never sell for me, and sets a bar for smoothness that nothing else has come close to.
And that’s washers compared to bearings! My two MK3s have better action than any other folding knives I've ever owned. The only things that have come close were Koenigs and a Medford-made Mongrel (for Vehement Knives).
Lol, old and way to much partying! No regrets though!Sucks getting old!

I got my BPU Half Track at the 2022 open house... scored my card series BPU PX a few weeks later.I'm going to do my best to get out there as well. Just googled it and it's 464 miles from my house to his shop 7 hrs 33 minutes. Sounds like a road trip to me! I may drag my 20 year old son with me, hopefully get a bit of father and son time in. Not sure how the font has changed lol but last open house I went to REC anniversary last August I was able to score my Hinderer BFPU Bowie. Hopefully I will be able to score another grail. It would be awesome to meet Les as well.
You don't need to drag me, man. I already blocked that day off on my work calendar. USAMB or bust!I got my BPU Half Track at the 2022 open house... scored my card series BPU PX a few weeks later.
I'd say that event was solely responsible for my rare Hinderer addiction. Didn't even know BPUs were attainable until I saw 'em with my own eyes lol
I hope you can make it dude! Would love to meet ya! I'm going to do my best to drag Derek with me too![]()
Rockeye auto today.
I've got a green handle textured one and a smooth REC edition on the way, I'm looking forward to comparing the twoTextured handle is definitely the way to go with those.![]()
I can get down with that! It's a MK3 Monday! By far the smoothest action of all the knives in my collection, and that includes numerous bearing actions! If you didn't know better, you'd swear the pivot was loose, it just glides!
