The "Name that Plant" Game

The nut-like gametophytes from this tree are edible and I find delicious.

Now with HD viewable image content

Is that Common Rue (Ruta graveolens)
If so, it can also be used to relieve gas pains and colic, improve appetite and digestion

Not to mention if it brings apon the menstual cycle, we can use it to bring apon BJ week!

Here is a medicinal shrub that grows on coastal flats and tidal marshes.

The coating on the berries can be used as wax in candle making. The leaves cam be used to treat fever. The berries are also edible.

This one should be easy, but I'm posting it more as reminder, since it is an excellent survival food that is high in protein and calcium (think incompetent hunter :o). Technically it is a legume.

Some people confuse it with wood sorrel :p :D

Some people confuse it with wood sorrel :p :D

quoted from Wikepedia

"The common wood sorrel is sometimes referred to as a shamrock (due to its three-leaf clover-like motif) and given as a gift on St. Patrick's Day."

:p
