You might want to take a stroll through the remaining posts to go, many more than a couple have already bumped theirs up when you said it was OK to do so in the other thread. Not sure I would say a bunch, but a lot more than a couple!

I'm pushing next weeks sale out a week to the 14th. I'm working on some "fancy scales" and as always they're being a mother!@#$er
 
Okay guys, dumb question but how do I get in on the sale scheduled for the 14th? In my searches I've read they usually occur early morning and it's a competition of fast fingers but that's all I know. Any help for a new guy would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Nope not early morning. 3pm and fast fingers in the knife maker's for sale section.

Thanks MOS! I just realized the first post in this thread is periodically edited and contains that info. Feel a bit foolish now, oh well.
I assume this is the "for sale section" as I have not managed to find one anywhere else? Thanks again.

Honest question man. Yes KnifeMaker's Market in the fixed blade section. Maybe different wording but that's where you want to look.

This is from Nate's 9-23-16 sale on the Knifemakers Market/Fixed Blades subforum sale:

"We're working on a run of special scales right now and will have a few special 3" EDC and Field Knives available on our CPK forum on Oct 14th"

Does this mean that the sale will be held here on the 14th? This is my interpretation at least.
 
We usually do our sale out on the main forum. But I want folks to have the opportunity to view the work before the sale opens so they can decide if there is anything they want without being rushed. So I'll post it here ahead of time and unlock it at 3:00 EST. We can't really do that kind of format out in the main area, so we'll be doing it here on the CPK forum.
 
LMAO!!!!! I am such a knucklehead!!! I thought TODAY was the 14th. :rolleyes: It's taken me 35 minutes to figure out that it is not and that is why there was no sale thread here today. In my defense though, I am out of town for work and have been working my @zz off. I swear--if the sun did not go down, I wouldn't know it was even night time around here. Sheesh!!! I was ready though...:D

Field knife. I miss mine. If financial circumstances hadn't gone completely shitty I'd still have mine. Oh well. I get to experience the excitement!
