Here ya go:

1/8" thick, flat grind, stone-tumbled finish.

Instead of a logo, we decided to etch Kev's crazy face on the blade. Hope that doesn't hurt Dan's sales. ;)
 
I think if you get a laser etching of this on the blade, that would be great!

It only works for me with the "3am boozin' eyes" and the wonky headlamp, as in the above pic. :D

I'll go along with that only if it's the one from when he was testing whistles.
That was a scary pic and the knife could double as a self-defense tool.;)
 
Please put me on the list for one of these knives! I'm dreading not getting one, especially if the run is limited! This is a great idea, and a great knife at a great price!

Wow, awesome idea. I need to pick up my first necker and this looks like a good one. Will definitely take one with the handles.
 
I read this thread yesterday and wanted to be sure to get on the list to purchase one of the knives.

After reading the regrettable post by Svashtar in "THE GOOD BAD and UGLY" thread today I no longer have any interest in supporting this project.
 
Ramm9, perhaps you should check out Dan's response back. I think that Dan gave a very diplomatic response which should hopefully resolve things between the two. Anyhow, not trying to change your mind per se, I just didn't want this hanging in the thread like dirty underwear. There is a dispute with the maker, but the maker is trying to resolve it.

I'll definitely take one - maybe even with the micarta handles, depending on how much the cost goes up. Really nice price for something made by Dan :thumbup:
 
I'm in. I'm unsure whether I want the micarta or not. Any chance I could get orange micarta? That would be great!

As others have asked, what's the timeframe on these?
 
Dans a good guy who got a little behind. I have nothing but confidence in him and his knives, and know he will make whatever right with the gentlemen. I have no doubt this will go off w/o a hitch, and think the design is great, and appriciate the hell out of Brian, Kev, and Dan for taking this on!!:thumbup:
 
Just a word on Dan: Kev and I would not have brought him into this project if we had any doubts about his integrity, or his ability to fulfill the orders. He got behind simply because he got so successful so quickly, and has instituted the changes necessary to cope with that success!

I stand with Dan fully all the way on this.
