The Official W&SS Neck Knife - Please reconfirm in the new sticky thread!!!!

Just a word on Dan: Kev and I would not have brought him into this project if we had any doubts about his integrity, or his ability to fulfill the orders. He got behind simply because he got so successful so quickly, and has instituted the changes necessary to cope with that success!

I stand with Dan fully all the way on this.

me too:thumbup:

I am in on this one. It sounds like a great little knife. I have no doubt that Dan will make these awesome user knives.

I'd be interested. Seems like a good "first" necker to start with, and I don't have anything by Dan Koster yet  Probably scales for me also.

HEY GUYS,
I dont usually hang out over here, but this project is very interesting. I will be keeping tabs on this 'cause those specs seem like a winner. Im on the list!?!

So... Is this post going to constitute an official list of those who want to sign up for one of these beauties? If so I am definitely wanting in on it. BTW, I am still curious about the micarta that is being used. I'll want it anyway, but I hope the micarta can come in some shade of green or darker brown.

I'm in, and seeing that no one has laid claim to it, I'll put by bid in for number 3. I'll send the check to Gov Blagoyevich. :D

I'm still in here.

I support Mr. Koster whole-heartedly. He seems like a very up-right gentleman with plenty of integrity and knifemaking know-how.

I want in! I would like to lay claim on #8 if possible...(college football #)
Let me know who/when to pay

I forgot to mention - I have 2 bushcraft Kosters, a K5, and 1 Nessie.
I love em all!

Kev, I'm in! How many? I'd like to reserve #45 if it's available. I can pay when you give the word.

Thanks,
Steve

I'd like to take number 4 if we are using this thread as a reservation of numbers.

These aren't going to be numbered. I just posted Brian and I having no. 1 and no. 2 to show you were are 100% on board with this project. If I get the last one off the assembly line, I'm happy. The idea of numbering is cool but it adds another step in the production process and thus, more $$ involved. This means, higher cost for all of you.

So, while the numbering idea is cool, we need to just be happy getting what you get. As for payment, we're still working on how to handle the funds.

Kev

I'm totally fine with no numbers. I just figured I'd reserve a good number just incase.

If I had to choose, I'd pick a number instead of your face etched into it though :)
