Time to burn it all and start from scratch. Pollen I swear is from the fiery depths of hell. Like down there with child molesters and people who talk during movies pits of hell!

I totally agree. I get that blooming is necessary for pollination, but I wish it wasn't. Spring may be pretty, but I basically hate everything that blooms.

I hate it, but my honey bees love it. Gives them lots of protein for making more bees, which make me more honey!

Hey AC, I think I tried looking for those buckles a while back. I only ever saw them in 3/4" and 1" sizes. Maybe look up and contact the hardware elf (one of the few sites I found that carry that style) and see if they know if they are made in larger sizes.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen some specific "d-rings" I'm looking for. I had NixKustoms make me a few danglers for some sheaths and figured I would source the d-rings myself. A few sheaths I have, have 1" belt loops, but a couple have 1.25-1.5" belt loops. I found some d-rings that have a pin that is removeable, so they can be easily taken on and off, but could only find them up to 1" wide. I'd like to find some that are at least 1.25", so I could use the danglers on the other sheaths.

These are what I'm looking for

Here are the danglers on a couple sheaths. I've worn them around a bit and they sure are nice and comfortable to use. A lot of the time when I just have the knife in a sheath on my belt, the knife gets in the way when I sit down or get in a vehicle, or ends up poking me. With the dangler they are out of the way and I don't get poked anymore.

Glad to see that they worked out for ya bud!

I love me some honey!! I get raw honey from a little shop about 20 minutes away, great stuff and a huge variety but quite expensive so i dont get it as often as id like.

Granted i can understand the price on it when its just a backwoods fella doing everything himself and trying to make a living off it, but i wish it was cheaper so i could eat more of it LOL. I have made sweet tea, using only honey as the sugar source and that was AMAZEBALLS.

I'll have to email them and ask. Thanks!

They are just what I was looking for. I might have to get a couple more sometime.

Traded for a billboard.

So far I like it.

That B.O.B. is one of my fave non-Beckers, though I don't have the G-10 version. Stout field knife that's easy as hell to use and abuse.

So I promised some raccoon pics this weekend. This guy crawled up there around 10 am and stayed there until after nightfall.

If you look carefully you can see one of the birds that kept pickin' at it while it was up there. This one was a titmouse. Might have been eating fleas, but I also saw a couple of them leaving with a beakful of fur.

Just hanging out in the sunshine.

Idk where to get that hardware what I do is use the solid brass ones and slide them down. If you find out who makes that hardware tell me I will stock them.

Looks like a square shackle.....most of the ones I've seen are "D" or "C" shaped. Those can be found at the Despot or at a marine supply place. Looking to find some rectangular ones right now - be helpful for some projects I've got brewing.

Could someone throw a pic up of a BK10 next to a BK12. I own a 10 and I think the 12 might just be a hair longer and obviously just a drop point versus a clip point, but would sure appreciate a side by side pic.

Someone somewhere on here did a really nice series of pics showing the 2, 10, 12, 7, and 9 side-by-side and overlaid on each other. You should be able to search them out.

Well I was gonna come in here and accuse the last poster of breaking the forum. But I can see I was the last poster so I'm going to blame WorldWood instead.

Before I knew squat about diddly regarding knives and before I bought anything decent, that BoB and the BK2 were my top two final choices. I just wanted a bush knife. Oddly, the 2 won out over the BoB purely on price (again, didn't know $#!+ about steel). Maaaan am I glad I got the 2. Not because it's better persè, but if I didn't I wouldn't know all you knuckleheads. And that is said with a lot of endearment. Plus a smidgen of sarcasm.

There you go redmech. Done. Oh and that mess next them? Well, that's just for S's & G's. That's what a BK2 will do to a Bear Grylls Ultimate Survival Knife. With eff all effort.

Right here hoss. It's only 6:12 pm here. I've gotta stay up to eleven so I can call KABAR to get me some Bundok. I got a fraud notice when I tried to use my credit card and NCSlices address online. Naughty me. I've been emailing them. Gee wizz they're good folks. Really great customer service. What's the haps in the CO bud?

Ain't much going on here. Still got the sniffles a lil bit, just enough to be annoying.
