Maybe the guy isn’t all there… seems to me he misunderstood the condition. This isn’t a pawn shop. Why don’t you just accept a return and refund him?

Nah man it's the principle, if crazy town has buyers remorse or didn't look closely enough at the pictures that's on him.

It’s definitely not lost on me that you had that info in the sales ad and he obviously missed it. I’m not taking sides, I just saw the profile posts from Diablo and the posts around the forum of him complaining about the deal.

Deal isn’t done unless both parties satisfied. I don’t agree with playing this “ah ah ahh!! No refunds or returns!!” game some sellers play. Get it back, refund it if it’s in same condition, sell it to someone else.

If both parties are of sound mind, reasonable, and the kind of folks we want hanging around; sure. If one of them is some unhinged nut, then don't let the door hit ya on the way out.

He hasn’t even even offered a resolution all he’s done is call me a thief and a liar I offered to pay the postage to send the knife to reeves to fix the issues
He’s not happy with.I didn’t miss represent the knife this isn’t Amazon. If it comes down to it if he sends me the knife in the condition I sent it to him in. When the knife is in my hands I’ll refund his money. I’m dang sure not going to refund him without receiving the knife first

The path of least resistance is to just make the unhinged person whole again and then everyone treads carefully in future. I’m just saying I wouldn’t want a deal gone wrong floating over MY head.. being the buyer or the seller, or thinking I’m right or wrong. Just reverse it all, go back to where they were before.. sell the knife to someone else who maybe pays closer attention to things.
