The Snark Knight Returns

I'll say this much, I knew a few people that had remote start installed in their cars up north, and they loved it. Nothing like pointing the doohickey out the window, pushing a button and letting the car warm up/cool down while you're still cozy inside, when it's either -20F in the middle of winter or 90+ in the dog days of summer...

Now if a person had underground heaters that kept the driveway from icing over, that would really be awesome. No one in my family/friends could afford that, though.

We have remote starters for our vehicles. Almost necessary for how cold it gets up here :(

My dad designs HVAC systems and actually got to design one for an underground garage. I remember looking over the building plans and wondering how an individual (not a business) could afford to get that built for their house. Was a three level drive down garage with parking for six cars on each level. From the garage to the roadway they had the heating system so they wouldn't have to shovel in the winter.

The one thing I loved about having that kind of base, was there is a db base frequency that actually stimulates ladyparts ..lol.
I used to have lots of fun.

Same thing goes with the right RPM on a motorcycle! :D

I rattled quarter panels and the trunk latch off my 79 firebird WW ..lol The trunk on that car was damn near built to be a sub box. The one thing I loved about having that kind of base, was there is a db base frequency that actually stimulates ladyparts ..lol.

Yeah i spent a lot of time and money preventing and reducing rattling and tightening panels. Dynamat helped a lot but stuff still came loose.

Years ago i knew this guy that had an old box Cadillac and he said no matter which subs or amps he buys he couldnt get his car louder. He commented on how another guys trunk was rattling louder beside us. So i told him for 20 bucks i could get his car to rattle louder in 10 minutes or less.... He thought i was going to tweak his audio controls and amp levels.. Instead i loosened his trunk lid up.... I thought he was going to be pissed but instead he payed the money and was HAPPY. Some people LMAO

so THAT's what the passenger seat is for.... I've been doing it wrong.

Rofl. The only time I would ever put a passenger seat on was if we were riding out to the bars/ clubs to make some friends ;). 6200rpm on my 02' GSXR would get the ladies going pretty good :D and people would just think you were just another punk revving his bike at a stop light.... meanwhile the lady on the back is getting off haha.

I went down to Myrtle Beach SC for "black bike week" a few times with some buddies. We would trailer our bikes down for the week. Fun times

Psy that cat is awesome! We were concerned about adopting a three legged cat thinking our other two would bully her. She came home with us and proceeded to kick both our cats who are twice her size downstairs and then curled up in their bed. She is the only that can catch bugs and outrun me. Not sure if she's gifted or my other two Are just lazy pansies.

what would you estimate the sweet spot to be on a 650CC V-twin? :-)

All bikes are different. You need to pitch it to a lady friend and have her tell you. Be bold and just tell her you read on the internet that there is a magic rpm that has been known to get women off, please assist you in finding it..... Or shout it in front of a bar after last call and have a lineup of motorcycles out front to meet your willing test subjects :)

Fargo is the best thing on tv right now.I am looking forward to The Strain & Tyrant though.

On another note. I'd like to thank Warrior for is post about Veet for Men. I checked out the review on Amazon and, after laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes, I shared the link with my wife. She waited til she got to work to check it out.
She called me to let me know she was laughing so hard that three of her co-workers came to check on her because they thought she was crying. Well it got shared with just about everyone and basically nothing got done til after lunch.

Thanks Warrior!!!!:D

Push button start on cars is NOT new. I don't know about 1927s or 1928s but 1929 Model As had a push button on the floor, kinda like the old dimmer switches, and 1948 Plymouths had a push to start button on the dash.

Usually though, you still needed a key in the ignition...

i need to get a spare key made for my car. has no chip but home depot couldn't do it. anyone know of any other place i might be able to get it done at? if not i guess i will have to go to a locksmith. other than the dealership of course.
