The Walking Dead Season 3 Thread...

^^ True, but I think they will keep the baby around because it seems to be symbolic of hope for rebuilding humankind.

I too love the lack of political correctness in the show though. I was really hoping when they went in the pre school to get formula that there were a bunch of little ankle biter zombies running after them, now that would be creepy!

I am just hoping the Governor stuff gets done quickly.
Anyone one else find this little town thing boring?

I was expecting baby zombies as well..

thank goodness I am not the only one that wants that done quickly :)

Yep, ready for:

1. Andrea bangs the nutjob
2. Andrea discovers his zombified family
3. Andrea flees, somehow regroups with Rick & Co
4. Governor tries to take prison. Dies, kills half group including Andrea (hopefully, sick of her stupidity)

Then hopefully we can move on from this dual storyline shit and get rid of that damned weird town.

Cant wait for the governor part to be over with. It basically seems like useless boring filler to me. I know it was half confirmed that the bloated walker ate lorie but he never really straight up just said " yup it ate the hell out of her and shes gone forever" I also felt after the show that she may be alive and that carol may be looking after her. That said I was really hoping for a Zombie baby to be born not a normal one, that and i totally expected a daycare full of zombie children when they broke in to find formula.

Would have loved crazy zombified kids chasing them. I literally skip over the Governor parts. That town is creepy as hell. Surprised that they made it so long.

[Phone ringing]

Rick [Hello?!]

Voice [WHAAATTTSSSSSUUUPPPP!]

I really wonder who's on the other end, since the power generators are shut down. Rick is probably trippin' balls:D

I remembered one of the make-ups of the youtube vid that Rick harped onto the ringing as means of communicating with an imaginary Lori, whom he still couldn't get over.

You liked Lori? She was the epitome of the hardheaded female that was wrong about EVERYTHING!! She would demand something be done and if it wasn't she threw a fit. On that same token, if it was done as she asked, she still threw a fit. She got pissed about stupid crap at the wrong times (like when danger was near), she had no concept of logic and she cheated on her dead husband who wasn't even dead. Good riddance zombie food!! :)

I want to see a love triangle between Daryl, Maggie and Glenn now. She rode on Daryl's motorcycle, the bad girl is coming out now. Even better if Glenn and Daryl find love in each other and cast Maggie aside. Okay, now I am just making s___ up :)

In Lori's defense pregnancy hormones can make a woman irritable and irrational, and if I thought my husband was dead I would for sure let Shane comfort me. She was under so much stress and so much worry for Carl's safety, she was looking for some relief. Can't really blame her right?

**I feel the need to defend Lori because I am a female even if what I am saying is just crap, lol.

depends on how much time lapsed between Rick's supposed death and her hook up with Shane. I argue this with my wife regarding the movie Pearl Harbor, you shouldn't hook up with your buddies wife (man law), I don't blame Lori as much as Shane but still

Bro Code

Rule 1: 1.Thou shalt not sleep with your Bro’s ex-girlfriend.

Rule 4.If a girl falls into the following criteria, she is off limits forever until the end of time:
A. Was an ex-girlfriend [or ex-wife].
B. Your Bro specifically told you he wanted her.
C. Is you're Bro's sister.
However, if it's your Bro's cousin, well she's up for grabs, and you're welcome to rub it in his face for years to come.

Oh geesh, go and bring the movie Pearl Harbor into the mix! That will change my point of view because I felt terrible for Ben Affleck that poor guy! I never felt bad for Rick though, I felt worse for Lori.

why do zombie heads split open with about the resistance of a water melon?

Maybe the rotting? Maybe the zombie virus/fungus does something to them? Or maybe the director just doesn't know better. Or he wants something more dramatic :) the hunt for that drama though has sacrificed a lot of consistency and verisimilitude in this season, in my opinion.
