Great morning at the range! Connie put 200 rounds through her .22 with no issues, and I put 150 rounds through the Glock and 100 rounds through the Kimber.

That's sounds like a great day, John.

I haven't shot my Glock since labor day weekend.

Going to have to remedy that some time soon.

Agreed. I haven't been to the range in too long. Though I'm not a glock fan by any means, but My Beretta is begging for some rounds through it.

Did you test drive anything while you were at the range?

I'm also going to try and get out this weekend. I want to see if my 84 will feed the reloads that my G42 rejected.

Very nice!

That is one of the berettas I haven't owned yet. I sold all of my Berettas but this one

I miss my Px4 subcompact, that was a nice gun but still too large for me to CCW. The nano was good but the long trigger pull bothered me. Now I have this and an old Walther PPK/S in the safe by the bed.

Edit: Just realized I don't have a picture of it with the Skeletonized hammer on it.

Thanks! I picked this up several years ago. For no reason in particular it doesn't see much action, but I really enjoy it when I do shoot it. Go figure!

Sounds like a good time! Glad the boss likes her little 22.

My LGS has a Colt 22 Target, just like the one I have - I thought about picking it up when I was there last Friday picking up my newest piece.

I just picked up a M&P Core 9mm Performance Center Ported with 5" barrel. I have a Leupold Deltapoint ordered to put on it for USPSA matches. Interested to see how I can score with it.

best

I recently bought a Beretta Brigadeer 96D from a co-worker. He put else than 200 rounds through it. I can't wait to get out to the range with it. Loved those guns.

Damn gun nuts, you're as bad as knife nuts.(bunch of enablers)

I got my tax return Saturday after filing my taxes the Sunday before (yeah in a week) so I went looking at hand guns yesterday after work.
Thinking about a Ruger LCR in .357, but the shop has a High Standard 9 shot 22lr with about a 5" tapered octagon barrel and brass grip frame that I really really really want.
So it's decision time, personal protection, or fun gun.Dang!
The shop does have layaway so perhaps I'll get the 22 first and put the LCR on layaway.
Too bad they don't have any 22 ammo.

Annnnnd, I stopped by the local sheriff's office this afternoon and got the ball rolling on renewing my CC permit also.

if you can swing both, get both -- but don't miss out on that High Standard!
Yeah, but 22 ammo is sooo hard to come by and I only have a hundred rounds or so.
I imagine the ammo manufactures will ramp up rimfire production eventually though.
I do think I'll head on down there this morning and snag it.Thanks for the nudge Vik.

it's not hard to find .22lr around here - it's just hard to find at a price I consider reasonable. :D

Ok, I went back and checked out the Hi Standard and found a couple of issues so I went ahead and bought the LCR.(at least I can get ammo for it!)
Since my CCP expired last month and I won't get the new one till next month I have to endure the waiting period to take possession of the LCR.(I'll get it Friday or Saturday)
