The "Whatever" Thread

My wife and I both enjoy watching very much. I don't know how much if any is scripted but some of the knives are damned impressive for the time allowed.

Interesting thread in the outdoor gear forum about picking your 5 favorite makers. Let's see if I get any exposure or get passed by as usual.

Congratulations to outdoorsfan! (I'll let him tell about it)

Thanks John. After 8 months of training (which seemed more like 8 years) my wife pinned my badge on my chest last night. I couldn't have been more proud to join a fraternity of brothers and sisters who serve and protect. I hope I can honor all the fine people like your Grandfather who came before me by serving with honor and respect.

Congrats to you as well on the book release! While my exploits will likely not be worthy of a novel, my JK Element Tanto will be an essential part of my gear. It will never let me down.

Congratulations are due to Both of you two!

Best of luck in your future adventures Outdoors.

John, Great to actually see Your name in the book, I am sure it will garner some attention.
Fantastic news!

Congrats to both of you guys!

"And Mason liked to joke that it (the knife) never failed to leave an impression."

Got that right!

I think it's going to be available in June. Warning Order by Joshua Hood. (I'm getting an autographed copy for free!)

No rain till Tues.
WooHoo! Time to hang out while the suns out!

This weekend ill be getting the swimming pool ready for the serious warm weather.
Right now it looks more like the surrounding swamps. Bullfrogs and all!

I found its easier just to drain the entire pool, pressure wash the inside, then refill with clean water.
That way is a lot cheaper than dumping in gallons of chemicals to kill the algae.

I liked it too. I really can't see getting orders from this, but I do think it's pretty cool.

Going to Hanna's softball game late this afternoon, if it doesn't get rained out. They won last night.
