I'm subscribed to the forum in tapatalk so whenever one pops up I report it, John who did you make enemies with?
Thanks John, it'll be good to get back home.Great to hear you are headed home! Is there someone there to help if you need it?
I would post more but don't see a whole lot of others posting. What have you two been up to? For me it's just been work and the wife's birthday also some serious talk about going back to school which makes me nervous as I am 25 and completely debt free except for the house and car. Everyone keeps telling me that's just how it will be, being in debt constantly.
I have a feeling others are doing the exact same with posting.I`ve been waiting for others to post, I feel stupid starting new threads myself. Be smart, go back to school, I wish I would have gone to college.
Pretty sure LA's state motto is: Louisiana, Keepin' It Corrupt![]()
I've been super busy at work, but trying to make something of the evenings with a lift or run. We usually get out for a paddle one or both days of the weekend. It's been a nice Summer so far, but I'm starting to look forward to cooler temps and campfires. We also have a Fall trip planned to hike up Mt. Katahdin in Maine to look forward to. In the short term, we have our three youngest grandkids spending a long weekend with us. Love them GK's!

Would Mt. Kathadin happen to have water and a lot of burch trees by any chance?
Have fun, Jeff! My granddaughters are heading to Wisconsin Dells for the weekend - I might get to go play disc golf with my son and grandson.

I asked because I recently bought some chaga fungus and it was listed as katahadin chaga, figured it had to be related. This will be our first time to the area, so not quite sure about the surroundings. The topo shows several small ponds in Baxter State Park that surround Mt. Katahdin. Should be spectacular in the Fall! I'll let you know!
