There is a church a few blocks from home which has sign on the front lawn that the minister changes on a regular basis. I had to smile when I saw it yesterday: Around here we say "Merry Christmas"

Double digit temps here in Upper Michigan today, practically a heat wave. Things have been busy for me, accepting a job offer in the town where the fiancé and our house is. Trying to get myself all moved and last week I was without my Jeep as apparently the timing chain decided it was a good time to go. Lots of stress, but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Seems me and the fiancé have our own little holiday the weekend before the actual one so we held our first Christmas at the house after moving some stuff Saturday. She got me some pretty cool things including some lanyard beads and a little Fenix flashlight. I will be going from an office job back to restaurant work and without currently owning a computer my postings will most likely decrease here for awhile. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Just got back from PT and all I gotta say is.. learning to walk properly all over again is a major pain in the butt.
Apparently I don't stride right so I have to practice forcing myself to step correctly, but my damn brain says no, lets do it the wrong way. Stupid brain!

Baby steps Myke, baby steps, just don't walk like a baby dang it.
At least I can walk without a cane now.(even though I'm doing it all wrong )
