The "Whatever" Thread

Had the best weekend we have had in a long time. Hayley and Hanna came over Saturday for a spaghetti and garlic bread lunch and stayed for a few hours. Then on Sunday my grandson Jon called to see if he could come over with his girlfriend, haven’t seen him since October. Really good weekend!
 
Glad to hear it, enjoy the blessings. Sometimes things just work out right!!! I think God has a hand in that.
 
-3 and snowing here currently.
supposed to get cold over the next 3 days then warm back up pretty quick.
 
Cold is not good for us old timers, we woke up to snow 4 and -17 with the wind chill and I live in North Texas, we're breaking records, we haven't been above freezing in days and more to come. I have a heat pump and it's useless right now so heat strips kick in, hate to see my next bill. The worst part down here is the plumbing in this cold, outer wall and depending how deep the pipes were buried. Oh well better days are around the corner.
