Good luck Bryan,I had an interview tuesday & won't know anything until friday.
In the mean time I have another one this tuesday.
Fingers are crossed for us both.
 
The Boss has stuffed green pepper soup all cut up and in the crockpot. Going to eat good the next couple of days!
 
The Chef's Knife is out today helping me with my smoked dry-rub ribs.

Should be a good day of football, ribs and family.

The Chef's knife is VERY handy - my daughter grabs it every time she comes over as one of her specialties is making veggies and dip.

Nice design Mr. K - I might just have to have one in stainless.

Well gents, the ribs were all that and then some. They came out perfect; I like them fall off the bone myself.

A dry rub, smoked for several hours, then wrapped in foil and pour in some apple juice to steam and sweeten them.

It's 8am, and I am hungry for ribs...
 
Made it out for a red eye fishing outing (left at 2 PM Saturday and got home at 7 AM Sunday). Caught 4 Kings....

Here's the Bassassassin with one. This guy is curing now and will be on the smoker tonight.
