There simple 4 count burpees and there are 12 count burpees, with the 12 being the more difficult and more taxing on more muscle groups. I can’t get to a gym due to work, so I’m basically doing military workouts at home. Pushups, pull ups, sit ups, and running. I throw in backpacking, kayaking and hiking on the weekends for leisurely exercise.Ab strike!? These are burpees PLUS!
