Well I figured I might as well make it 2 days in a row. Just busted me ass for 25 minutes straight of just hitting a machine or lift for 10-15 reps, no rest and on to next machine or lift. Did I think 19 lifts or 12 reps average and hit every body part at least once, most twice.
Now Iām in the sauna for another 25 minutes and Iāve got time to ponder what the hell I just did.
Not going to be able to move tomorrowā¦
