I’ve never understood why women love cats.

Cats are independent, they don’t listen, they don’t come in when you call, they like to stay out all night, come home and expect to be fed and stroked, then want to be left alone and sleep.

In other words, every quality that women hate in a man, they love in a cat.

Thanks man, and yea ill probably do a video on it, See how it performs straight out the box. Hopefully it comes sharp.... Because sharpening D2 at 60-62 RC with a strop is not really on my list of "Want to do" LOL

Im excited for this one. I just think its an awesome looking folder.

I would have to agree. I was at one time debating between one of those and a Benchmade 550. But my heart is set on ZT's and Beckers.

I was playing around with carry options on my new knife. Using the stock teclok style clip it comes with and attaching it to my belt upright the handle rides too high (almost stabs me in my lower ribs) and its awkward to draw from the sheath. I flipped it around to a downward carry, but because of the thumb strap for retention it made it awkward to draw down. I removed the back clip and wrapped the sheath with cord to experiment with a cross draw carry.

I LOVE IT! so comfortable. Drawing is fast and returning it to the sheath feels natural. Without any practice it finds its way back in without looking. It was one of my grails since day 1 of looking at knives and I feel like it was made for me. Been wearing it around for 2 days like this now and I don't see it coming off my belt for a _long_ time.

Even tho I'm not exactly feeling great today. Its the first day we have not had rain for a week so I decided to go out shopping with the family. We ended up at Wallyworld because I needed to get my kids a hockey stick and some cold medicine for me. My son jumped on a kids bike and took off! He has been doing awesome on his tricycle but I wasn't ready for this lol. He was doing so good I decided to let him ride it home. Once we got home I put my daughter in the bike trailer and we all took for for a bike ride while Mom stayed home to clean up the house a bit. We then stopped at the park to play. Here is his new bike and mine parked at the playground.

Now we're all home and watching a Bubble Guppies for quite time. I think I'm going to sneak in a nap while they are entertained.

Going to go catch the Blue Angels show today. Kay's never seen them before. I'm looking forward to this.

We are pretty lucky here in that regard - there is a former SAC base in my hometown, so I get to watch them from my house all week leading up to the show. 2 years ago an F-15 and a Vought F4U Corsair flew wingtip to wingtip over my head while I was standing in the front yard. When the shows happen, we usually just ride our bikes to one of the unused entrances to the Base where there is a bridge over the highway. When they loop past, you can see right into the cockpits. Last year was the Thunderbirds, So I think this year will be the Blue Angels.

WW: That is a sweet looking folder. I have a BM 550 Grip with the same basic blade and scale shape - but I looked for one of those Bone Collectors, too, until I decided I had to stop buying folders - at least for a while.

And TBL, if you're into the ZT's you owe it to yourself to try and find a (used) 560 (or 561) - since I got one, it's been my EDC. Elmax blade and roller bearings at the pivot, titanium frame lock. Just a super fun folder with bank vault lockup.

Hey Vik, got your Skelemag done today among other things.

Yeah, I was looking for one for a while but cannot seem to find them under $200. The next time I'm able to afford another ZT I'll be looking at the 562CF ;)

I just can't stop from playing with my 0121 tho..... It was a grail of mine since I first got into knives.
WP_001204.jpg my wife was pretty surprised that the bottom of the water bottle didn't move.
WP_001205.jpg I tried the bigger and thicker juice bottle. With the angle of my swing I didn't make a clean cut all the way through. The back corner was still attached. Just needed a little push over.

The 0561 is an awesome looking folder. Thats one id really like to try out!

I guess the bone collector is now discontinued. I was looking the specs up on Benchmades site and it says discontinued anyway. Probably make a decent collectors piece. But i have full intentions to use mine when it gets here... Well unless it just sucks in the hand, which i doubt.

Todd that Skelemag is SWEET bud!!
