Yea the 98% thing is falling to crap.

Could be that we are just a group thats made up of the 2 pct of people who dont think of the hammer. I mean really, to be fair, if you ask 98 pct of people to name a tool, they will say hammer. In our world though, we have a much larger toolbox to choose from. The color, I am not sure what thats about, but the tool part makes sense to me.

Cbear can you not dredge the bacon wrapped onions then fry them? The batter would stick well enough but would it cook the bacon? Partial cooked bacon? Hmmmm ............. to the bat cave!

Hey Vik, got your Skelemag done today among other things.

That gives me tinglies in my downstairs.

I was too busy thinking about the math. Then I thought "Leatherman" and I was like "color? they're all the same color - stainless steel colored" (although I do have a black one). Still....I think that's prolly just a load of beaver biscuits about the 2%. Although maybe not, as far as "hammer" goes. Most people seem to operate in life as if that's the only tool in their toolbox.

So for my birthday I took the 5yo boy Jeeping we had a blast. He told me it was the best day of his whole life. We even found a couple of morrels.

Looks like he had fun :)

Sweet post and happy belated birthday!

I need to lift my Jeep. What is up with the lawnmower? Trail work as well a wheeling?

My wife said yellow wrench.

She said wrench was the first tool she thought of because there was a wrench on my side table.... I said baby those are pliers.... :D

That is funny. Some people I have known refer to most tools as "thingamajigs for the whosimawhatsis"....my mom most famously asked for a "peg and a whacker" once when what she was really asking for was a tent stake and a mallet. We tease her still, and that was 35 years ago.

I guessed red hammer.
I was like, "Wow! This is crazy!."
So I had my wife try....she guessed pink screwdriver. Lol! Go figure.

Friggin snowing this morning...gotta love alberta weather. Which was ok, because we spent the afternoon at my daughters ballet recital. She did great, and her group walked away with a silver medal. Not bad for a 6 year old.

Hopefully by next week it'll be warm enough to actually get outside; getting a little stir crazy around here...

Fun day. Beautiful weather too.

That does make sense. I mean we tend to be fairly like minded.

I don't think the bacon would be cooked all the way through. Bacon tends to take about 4 minutes in the fryer to cook all the way, and onion rings take about 2-2.5 minutes to cook by the time the bacon cooks through the batter would be burned. I believe AIG made them also but he used frozen onion rings to make them. The part not shown is to baste them with BBQ sauce.
