I'd never overcharge for a knife. it's a tool there's no reason for it.
But people are people and greed is rampant.
 
I don't think I've ever bought a Becker from the Bay.
Most folks here on the exchange on pretty fair for the most part.
I've bought 90% of my stuff here on BF.

I didnt know the set was still available. I looked a couple months back and everywhere i seen were already out of stock. Do you mean from Ka-bar directly?

About a third of my Beckers were bought here and the others were from wherever was cheapest at the time. I'm planning on selling my BK2 and some other knives up for sale tomorrow or Friday. Pm me if you are interested in the 2.

I'd love too but I wanted to wait at least a week before I bought another knife.

It's a knock off, the real one is made by Eagle Industries when they were in St. Louis... Which they NO LONGER ARE! (found that out the hard way, went to the place and they were gone. They are out in SC or something now.) Eagle now makes a MOLLE version which doesn't come with the outside pockets just lots and lots and lots and LOTS of straps to attach pockets to it.

After talking with some people I got my "knife" cut out of cardboard at least. Me likey! Of course I'm slightly biased. I guess I need to get some plexi-glass now.

I feel the BK2 is a good mix with my BK9 and ESEE 3.

I swear I saw a homeless guy walking with a Becker patrol pack on. If I wasn't in the middle of traffic I probably would have stopped to make him an offer.

He's a big fan of malt liqour, fingerless gloves, and burn barrel cooked Pork 'n Beans! :D
 
There's enough leftover wine that the bartender uncorked at the reception that I think I'm just going to go full wineo.
