D3V. It’s what really drew me to CPK in the first place anyway. And someone pointed out, that’s why you buy a CPK, for the worlds toughest knives.Kulainn So what did you decide on MC or D3V? I am in the same boat you are on deciding which one to get hahaha
That's a beautiful combination of materials all around!
Gotta ask, what are those little barbells lol?
I've seen those. You do tricks by spinning them between your fingers and getting them to roll over your knuckles end over end. There's a video that shows a demo. Maybe they help build dexterity and hand eye coordination? They are some little fidgety, desk trinkets that I have at work. They are called knucklebones. By no means an expert on what you exactly do with them, I bought em late one night!![]()
This shape makes me think of that scene at the youth hostel in Eurotrip - as in, is this one of their valuables?I've seen those. Ah. Silent fidget spinners. (I'm sure they improve dexterity, too).I've seen those. You do tricks by spinning them between your fingers and getting them to roll over your knuckles end over end. There's a video that shows a demo. Maybe they help build dexterity and hand eye coordination?
Maybe I'll get my wife a set... what could go wrong?I've seen those. You do tricks by spinning them between your fingers and getting them to roll over your knuckles end over end. There's a video that shows a demo. Maybe they help build dexterity and hand eye coordination?

Well . . . sad news today. Not enough D3V to go around. Back to the DEK waiting room for me!!!
I foolishly passed on the second preorder and this past Friday was the closest I have been in 18 months! The fun and excitement was gone a long time ago.Keep at it bud! I’m pretty new here took prob 2-3 months to get a hold of what I wanted the secondary market here and Friday sales including my prized dek1 swedged d3v… well worth the wait! And admittedly kinda fun and exciting to go through the process![]()
It is so hard if you don't get on the pre-orders. Keep being persistent. I wish you the best of luck.I foolishly passed on the second preorder and this past Friday was the closest I have been in 18 months! The fun and excitement was gone a long time ago.
Please share a nood of your DEK! Maybe that will bring back the fun and excitement for me![]()

Are you only after d3v dek or dek in general?
I'm sure there are several X ray technicians with exactly the same question on their minds. That's a beautiful combination of materials all around!

I feel so DEKless not owning a 3!
