Oh, no, getting complicated.
These tubes aren't as strong as I remember from the old days. We'll find out tomorrow how the clay goes.
The crabapples worked ok. Not their fault my first shot was 3' left of the stump, second shot was 1' right of the stump, and third shot was a couple feet in front of the stump. I got it on the bounce, though.

The new one isn't due till Sunday, and the one with the crutch I'm saving till I need the crutch.
With the Crimson Bands this morning, I cut the pokeweed stalk I was shooting at in front of the stump, after about 8 shots, including a couple of crab-apples that rolled out of the pocket somehow, and one that curved extravagantly to the left in flight.

My secret shame (not so secret, really) is that I am too dumb to figure out pics. My machine is pretty old and my young friends have been stymied as well.

I had to have Josh ( Rockon75 Rockon75 ) help me with my GAW a couple years ago because I'm so hapless in that department!

But I got a new phone in January and I'm going to get some help to figure it out soon. This I swear! :thumbsup:

I thought the bands included with the slingshots were pretty stout, so I was glad I went ahead and ordered some less powerful ones.

The age of your machine shouldn't really make a difference Taylor :thumbsup: Check out the Technical forum (see post #1 in this thread), and there's plenty of good advice there :thumbsup:

They're too small for me to see, but they're definitely too light for my slings. Maybe they'll work with the one coming Sunday.
