Traditional treasure hunt picture game

Aaahh....nothing like the Stones smacky dark period for a rousing cheery ditty to fill your heart with joy.

Jack have you got a turkish bath house or steam room not sauna anywhere nearby?
My grandad was fan of the basin of hot water with eucalyptus oil and teatowel over his head to take the vapour.

Alright, I'm like 90% certain this doesn't meet the criteria on more than one level, but seeing as no one else has posted anything and the deadline is only a couple hours away (and in the middle of the night here in the States), I'll give it a shot. :D

Now I don't know if the GEC #47 Viper is technically a Tackler's knife or not (although it does look like one, to me at least, and I saw at least one posted in this thread about Tackler's knives), and to say that a hodgepodge home sewing kit is "related to the weaving or cotton industry" is quite a stretch, but hey... at least I can say that I tried. :cool:

Well, you've certainly filled a void Barrett :thumbsup: I'm surprised at the dearth of prior entries, I know Tackler's Knives are uncommon in the US, but I don't think Loom Fixer's are, and even Rough Rider make a Cotton Sampler. Are looms, shuttles, old cotton bobbins, and all the other paraphernalia relating to the weaving and cotton industries really that unusual? Maybe, folks were just busy on a Friday, but we don't want this thread to just end up being calls for things like 'A knife on a shoe' do we? :confused: So, while I don't think a Viper or a sewing kit qualifies, I'm inclined to accept it to salute your effort, and so that we can move on to another round. However, if rockgolfer rockgolfer or anyone else wants to dispute that, I think they'd have a valid point :thumbsup:

I know Case has made a Loom Fixer in the past, and I have seen Cotton Samplers from a few different manufacturers (though I’ve never bought one because, well, outside of sampling cotton they seem pretty useless :D). As for the industry paraphernalia, I’m sure it’s around somewhere; I feel like I’ve seen that sort of thing in antique shops and the like, and I’d imagine some folks collect it, but apparently not the folks who are playing this game.

Alright, let’s keep this thing going.

I've had a couple of RR Cotton Sampler's, they're unusual for sure, but that big Spey blade might be more useful for more than just sampling cotton - it'd hold a heck of a lot of peanut butter! :D :thumbsup:
