Trophy Room - Hunting and Fishing Pics

Hopefully this is the correct thread Riz2530 was speaking of. If not, I give up. Just a copy and paste from sticky: picture thread.

Hopefully this is the trophy room??? Didn't see a sub-folder labeled trophy. My intentions for a 3.5 was mainly to field clean and skin the illusive whitetail species. Put a 34* inclusive edge and it was effortless to complete the 2 tasks. Perfect size blade and handles for my hands and use. Since "using" it for the first time this year, its become my EDC as well replacing the Necker2. And being able to take the handles off for a cleaning is a huge bonus. The knife has the canvas camo handles and they did take on a slight red-ish tint, even after soaking and scrubbing. Not a deal breaker for me but something to think about if you have the canvas material. I was by myself so only took 1 pic and didn't think to include the knife...? Next time.

:thumbup::thumbup: if i ever get to try my hand at hunting I will proudly post up here. for now i just have to get my ass in gear for fishing season but they always seem better before the photos
 
Great buck. Glad you found the thread, and thanks for the thoughts on the 3.5 as a field-dressing blade :thumbup:
 
I wasn't sure where to post these, but I think here in the trophy room is appropriate. Even though a lot of the pictures are more pursuit of game than trophy-taking, ha! Anyway, it'll get this thread off page three.

Nothing in the high ground, better check the low ground. The road gets a little gnarly at times.

My 3.5 rode along most of those trips. I'll be glad when there's a 5.1 or 4.7 in the pack, though :)

Awesome photos! The trophy room isnt just for pics of kills. Pics of any hunting, fishing, or scouting adventure are very much welcome here
 
this is a whole different world! I really want to make a trip out to the NW, completely different country out there

I knew this one was going to get tricky to keep up top during the winter, that's why I was hoping to get it stickied. This is one of my favorite threads and I hate to see it slip down too far.
 
15 yards from one of my stands. I did shoot my rifle buck from that stand. Just wish it would have been him
