Trophy Room - Hunting and Fishing Pics

Huns or Chukar in those Oregon pictures, OBX31?

Both on the tops of the hills and had Pheasant, Bob White, Valley Quail, Huns and Chukars in the valleys.

I was going to guess Chukar.

Love hunting eastern and central Washington for all the same (minus the Bob White). Logged countless miles in the Columbia and Snake River chasing them. Chukar are probably my favorite (and most hated).

They are FAST birds especially when they fly with the wind, and tasty! But dove are my favorites followed by Chukar and Huns.

Man I love this thread! I am a bird hunter at heart so seeing those pics made my day. Waterfowl, grouse and dove are really all that is left where my local hunting grounds are. Central and western maryland have little to no quail. Tons pf grouse around though.

My parents place in northern WI has a bunch of ruffed grouse. I haven't shot one in years. I just enjoy watching them while bowhunting. My new land in western WI doesn't have any. So sad.
