Trophy Room - Hunting and Fishing Pics

Yea but it's stressing out. My electrician seemed to have dropped off the planet and my water pump guy ahhhhh. Don't get me started on him.

No, no sympathy for you Hunter! You lucky so-so ;)

That's a great set up and seems you looks like a great time by the river.

We fished two rivers. One we caught the last two hours of the day on Friday and a new to us river Sat morning. Both very close to my hunting land.

Hunter! Awesome! I am dying for a piece of property where I can have my own stand alone garage and man cave. This thread may still be the best thread!

Took my three oldest nephews out last night and this morning, pulled this fella on my last cast.

Left my decent filet knife sitting on the counter at home so I tried this one. Blech. Filleted it out with the 5.1, wasn't ideal but got the job done.

Thanks! It was a Mepps Aglia spinner lookalike, I'd just switched to a gold blade on it. It was sunny out but they hadn't been digging the silvers and reds.

Got into the Reds the other day. Every cast for an hour. Had to double net a few times. Had a nice fish fry!

I wish. That's off the side of a boat. Caught in Sabine lake at the Texas/Louisiana border.

Ya the rain has been no joke. More in the forecast this week. Typically the runoff makes Sabine lake too fresh but I've caught more fish in the last couple months during all the rain than I have in a long time. Go figure !

Nice reds, perch.

Thanks bud. It's amazing what happens when you get the right bait/lure in front of one. The bluegill here were feeding on a tiny tiny white gnat the other day. If I'd had a little white fly I think I could have slaughtered them, but I only had a smallish gray fly for trout with me. Still managed to pull a few which was fun.

11 year old nephew pulled this guy in tonight. We were going for bullhead but this was a heck of a catch for him.

It took a while to get him to grab hold, pretty proud of him.

The oldest 2 nephews had their turn this morning at a different spot.

I about threw my back out pulling this one in.

Dang buddy, it's nice of you to catch bait for the younguns, but don't injure yourself in the process, you could slip a disc or something :D

j/k Nice bunch of largemouth. Looks like the boys had to get their feet wet, did you guys have to wade in past the weeds?
