I have not found all of them. I also have a friend who a diver and have bought, sold and traded some. It's much more difficult to find them now. My favorite place to hunt in South Carolina (I could find over 100 teeth on some days) has been destroyed and turned in to a Marina. There are fewer places that you can find them or are allowed to look for them.

Any time....and there are upland hunts in VA about an hour from DC. Oh I forgot to mention, we breasted them out and ate them for an early lunch. They were TASTY!!
