Trophy Room - Hunting and Fishing Pics

It looks gorgeous. I wanna try a hike there.

Went to Bob Sandlin sp today just for a few hours. Was nice to get out while I'm at work

The banks were caving in so every where I went I was nervous.

The view wasn't bad. It was a power plant lake though, so the water was warm and it was a nice hot day too.

Caught this monster of a black crappie had to do surgery cause the treble closed his mouth shut. The trusty necker II was my scalpel today.

All in all a good afternoon. But I'll have to try fishing else where tomorrow.

My latest.

I think thats a bluegill and not a crappie. Either way its a good looking catch

Howdy neighbor. Nice cat! Caught out of Utah?
Thanks for the congratulations guys! It actually came out of a community pond called Highland Glen. Though I was down at Utah a couple weeks ago and caught over 100 white bass in the matter of a couple hours. Here's approximately half of them.

Some delicious rabbits, and a twelve pound largemouth bass caught with a Rapala JSR 06 in Shad.

Nice Large Mouth :thumbup: That is like what I catch around my local lakes when I can't make the trip to the Indiana boarder. Shakespeare Ugly Stick? Used to have an Abu Garcia baitcaster, but I never quite got the hang of it.. That looks like a nice baitcaster there.

Beautiful buck Hard Knocks! Here is a archery buck a couple years back,

Nice to see some bow hunters are still around. Nice setup. What were you shooting? This is my setup. Martin Archery Phantom. 70lbs, 32 inch draw, 150 grain muzzys on Easton logs. Cobra fiber optic sights. Trufire release. No pictures on this computer to show for a deer.

That is a nice looking bow setup ^. I'm going to try my hand at it for the first time this year. Loving the pictures, keep 'em coming :)

FBPChris, how are those white bass for eating? We have none of them anywhere close.

Thanks it was out of a pond at my house. Yes, ugly stick. My four piece. Abu Garcia bait caster.its my hiking set up.

I'd rather eat crappie than about anything, and they kinda remind of a crappie. We usually filet them. Would you say they are harder to clean/bonier than a crappie?

I have never had a crappie. We generally just cut the heads and tails off, gut them, then pan cook them until you can slide the spine, with all the rib bones, out.

Zem, thanks. That is a old Strother SR-71. That is a nice setup you have there! I used to have a old Martain Warthog, it was one of my favorites. I have been out of the bow hunting for the last couple of years due too several back surgeries. I hope to get back into it soon.

Nice! I'm gonna have to get myself in gear and get after a Brown. Love stream-fishing. Way to go.
