Two For Tuesday

Recently acquired my first nessmuk and I'm loving it! Super comfy handle and slices like a champ.

Yeah I'm loving mine as well; Andy does the nessmuk really well -- the Camp Nessie was acquired out of curiosity but the second I held it, I knew it would become a permanent fixture in my pack! Unfortunately I'm sidelined from a pretty bad lifting injury but once healed up I'm planning on taking her on a multi day excursion in the park.

Get well soon!

I'm tempted by a camp nessie too, but recently acquired a competition cutter which I am in love with for all duties - overkill for cheese and crackers but beautiful to use.

I can't let a Tuesday go by without a two for shot, so since no one posted anything, you have to deal with my lame, late night, indoor, cell phone pic.

Let this be a lesson, someone please post a really cool pic, like in the Norway Mtns in the snow, or in the forests of the NW, or in the middle of an Atlanta snow storm, anything so I don't have to do this again.

My largest and smallest Two For. Woodsman and Runt:

Hey, but it puts the Runt in perspective for me :)

After being out in the -33F windchill changing out the heater in the well house, I had enough of outside pretty quick yesterday...the best I had was an illustration of same-but-different...

Was thinking of posting a pic of my Hunter along with a Bushfinger in the snow, but tracking shows my Hunter entered Canada after touring the US (or being forgotten in a post sorting corner) for 2 weeks.. I haven't lived in Canada since the mid 80'ies so this is a bit of a mystery to me  USPS is looking in to it...

Two Sneaky Pete's for Tuesday.

Bb6288 - I like those SPs. I'm always a sucker for burlap. And a scandi SP? There can't be many of those around.

Thanks thurin. I picked up the scandi from one of Andy's dealers. Great grind on a great knife. As has been said by others. The Sneaky Pete is awesome. Burlap is scary ( as in I want more) nice. This one won't be my last.

WOW! That's really weird.

Nice pair of Sneaky Petes! Man I really love that emerald burlap too.

I had my Recluse and Sneaky Pete at work with me today, so snapped a quick pic :)

Maroon Arete & Bushcrafter. Notice the maroon linen on this Bushcrafter is a bit more reddish; more so than any other maroons I have.

Big and small pointy blades with wood handles:
