Come on you have to admire how it says Cobra AND Rhino on it. Two animals that have nothing to do with each other, that is other than their names sound vaugely military. Like something you would name a military vehicle.

Here are some related looking knives, Airkat knives. I don't know which is busier, the knife or the sheath.

How about that wire clip? It looks like a bent stripper pole.

If you Photoshopped out the Hinderer logo on the blade, I would assume this was a $5 gas station special.

Lol it looks like some cheap dinosaur themed TacForce. Actually its a Hinderer Jurassic, oooooooooh!!!!

I think this simpler one turned out better.

You ever seen a knife with a skin disease?

Check out that glass breaker at the butt. Atleast they made sure it wouldn't be uncomfortable.

To think that this design used to be the Spyderco Gunting.

I nearly picked up that leperous knife in the first picture. Several months ago I got briefly interested in the whole "Chinese, low priced, high quality titanium framelock flippers in s35vn" craze and dug around the brands a bit. Turns out this was a decent knife for the money. The herpes kept me away from it though.

Wouldn't you prefer this?

Whereas I don’t own Emerson knives, as a trained paramedic I see a very slight value in the chisel grind, as opposed to cutting someone out of a seatbelt with a Fairbairn Sykes. There are better tools for emergency medical work, however. Where I live, single use shears are de rigeur; blood tends to get everywhere, and you never know. Leatherman make a superb pair of folding shears with a belt/webbing cutter, and more.

For ‘hard use’ folders, I don’t need Emerson folders, but more power to those who love them. It is just a matter of taste. Besides, I am aware that EE is an esteemed expert in all sorts of things, he told us so himself.

A knife I recently heard about for first responders in particular is the type without a tip. It is just sharpened on the edge and like a putty knife with the squared sawn off look.

Just posting this before someone else does. Every ugly knives thread needs a visit from the mystical arm shark.
