Unhappy with the knifes action- No Refunds, No Recourse= Out of Luck

I don't see a basis for making that presumption. Why not presume he bought in good faith and attempted to return in good faith when he found that it was not something he could manipulate?

I find it somewhat surprising how quickly some folks are willing to disregard and turn on their fellow members.

Well, I'm not surprised by such when it comes from members whose only interest on this site is selling. (They know who they are.)
I’m not trying to turn on the gentleman at all. Tire kicking has been frowned upon before, correct? Kind of presumptive of you to assume people are turning on a member because they don’t agree. I’ll leave it at that.

I try to defend the members here as a rule, (so I start with a presumption of innocence, as I did on my job), up until the evidence developed indicates otherwise. Once the evidence shows something wrong, I am quick to take steps to rectify the situation within the limits imposed by the site.

I don't like to speculate or use speculation in reaching a conclusion. Sometimes, we don't have much to go on. I think my record shows me to be a fair arbiter in that regard.

The gentleman admits he has dexterity issues. Should it be on the seller to send him a knife to make sure he can operate it? If he has hand issues, I just don’t see how that is the sellers issue.

As I said in my first post “amazing action” is subjective. I’m not trying to bury the guy or be a jerk at all. I can actuate all my otf’s, no problem. When I hand them to others, they struggle. I can front flip my Sebenza with relative ease, my buddy with 20-30 Sebenza’s can’t at all.

“Be 100% sure that you want to sell the item” is a rule. Shouldn’t buying be held to the same standard unless the item is grossly misrepresented?

I wasn't sure if this needed more time for the Seller to respond.

I truly appreciate Kevin W.s offer and will take him up on it.

My initial concern was reselling a knife I was unsure of. How do I represent it to a potential buyer. Kevin W. is fully aware of any issues. The knife is as I received it.

Thanks for the help and comments. It's an amazing group of people who are part of a Great Community.

We'll close this now as there is nothing further actionable here.

Thanks to Kevin W. for helping the O.P. find a resolution to his issues.
